Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases from Shivan Global, operating under the brand ENAARGY, through enaargy.in.
Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by emailing enaargyindia@gmail.com with your order number. A cancellation request is not confirmed until accepted by us. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under the conditions below.
Eligible return requests
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged in transit, materially different from the confirmed description or not the item ordered. The item should be unused, uninstalled and returned with its original packaging, accessories, labels and proof of purchase unless the defect could only reasonably be discovered after installation.
We may request photographs, video, serial or batch information, an inspection or other reasonable evidence before approving a return or replacement.
Items generally not eligible for return
- Products damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, voltage fluctuation, unauthorised repair, accident or failure to follow instructions.
- Used products without a verified manufacturing defect.
- Customised, made-to-order, project-specific, bulk or special-order products, unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing.
- Items returned without essential parts, original accessories or proof of purchase.
- Requests made outside the stated return period, except where applicable law or an express warranty provides otherwise.
Return process
Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided. If a return is approved, we will communicate the return location and required steps. Return shipping responsibility will depend on the reason for return. Where the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by us, reasonable approved return costs will be borne by ENAARGY.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days. Banks, card networks, UPI providers and payment processors such as Razorpay may require additional time, commonly 5-10 business days, to reflect the credit.
Original shipping or handling charges are not refundable unless the return results from a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Replacements and warranty claims
Where appropriate, we may offer repair or replacement instead of a refund. Product warranty claims are handled according to the warranty terms applicable to the product and may continue after the return window has closed.
Payment deducted but order not confirmed
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference. Failed or reversed transactions may be automatically returned by the bank or payment provider. Processing time depends on the payment method and provider.
